SCRs - Modules

Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) module family comprises devices that incorporate two or more SCR components within a single device package. Alternatively, a single SCR may be combined with one or more other components, such as a rectifier diode. These modules are commonly employed for control of AC utility power.
